Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery.
IF THE PARCEL WAS SENT, THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION AND CUSTOMS REGULATION.
If you want to cancel an order, please let us know immediately before sending it. As after signing the transport-accompanying documents and sending the parcel to the courier, we will not be able to cancel your order due to the rules of international transportation and customs Declaration.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 2-3 business days.
Please note that most products are pre-ordered and custom-made, because we are a sustainable company and we do not produce a lot of products in advance, in order to protect our planet.
So we need 5-6 days for the production of jewelry pieces from the “Abstraction” collection and 9-10 days for pieces from the “Abundance” collection.
If the Customer has placed a pre-order for the product, the package will be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse.
The date of arrival of the goods at the warehouse is indicated in the conditions of pre-order in the description of the goods.
If the Customer has placed an order for several products, where at least one of the items is on pre-order, then the parcel will be sent to the Customer when the pre-ordered product arrives at the warehouse.
After sending the parcel, we will send the tracking number to your email address.

Please note that gold plated jewelry requires special care and attention to maintain its lustrous appearance.
While wearing them or store them, avoid contact with bodily fluids, alcohol (perfumes, colognes etc.), acids, oils (body cream, body oils etc.), and water, because its metal component reacts with them, causing the piece of jewelry to wear down and tarnish.
